Ten Little Ladybugs

Ten Little Ladybugs

By Melanie Gerth  Illustrated by Laura Huliska Beith

This is a counting book that I started reading to my daughter when she was two months old. I like this better than most counting books I have come across. This book works for infants because the rhyme is short and easy to comprehend, and the illustrations are bright and colorful.  Also, the 3D ladybugs are touchable and just different enough to make them interesting. They are yellow, red and orange with different number of dots. Our daughter liked this book for a long time.
