The Blue Day Book for Kids: A Lesson in Cheering Yourself Up

The Blue Day Book for Kids: A Lesson in Cheering Yourself Up

By Bradley Trevor Greive

This was a present from my sister. The pictures in this book are worth a thousand words!  That is the brilliance of this book. The emotions depicted by the animals drives to the heart of the child. I can tell my daughter gets it. She can look at the picture and understand the emotions.

The book starts by asking a simple question…have you had a blue day?  It continues to define a blue day and moves to tips on how to correct a blue day.

I like this book because it is positive, relatable, and practical.  My daughter loves the pictures of the animals and they put a smile on her face. This book has helped us turn many blue days around.

I wish the pictures were in color, but it is still one I would buy and not borrow! The sloth is also very creepy but overall this book will make you kids smile.
